I started by making the card base from one of my favorite colors of card stock, Melon Mambo. It matches the patterned paper and her little outfit perfectly, don't you think?. The card base is 8 1/2 x 4 1/4, scored at 4 1/2 on the long side. Just a helpful tip - Make sure you used your bone folder to crease the score line well so the card stock doesn't tear.
I cut a beautiful piece of patterned paper from the Sweet Celebrations paper pad at 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" and glued it with wet glue to the card base.
Here is the link to the patterned paper:

I created two additional layers of Melon Mambo & Sweet Celebrations patterned paper. One piece is glued flat to the background and the other is popped up with foam tape.
Both layers of Melon Mambo were cut using a scalloped rectangle die that measures 4 1/4" x 3". The Sweet Celebrations paper is cut to 3 3/4" x 2 9/16". It is glued flat in the center of the rectangle. You should be able to see the tiny marks from the die around the outside edge of the paper.
I wrapped a piece of Banana Creme satin ribbon around the bottom of one of the layers and tied it in a flat knot. Tucked my pretty little bunny up underneath and held her down with foam tape.
Cut the 'You are the Sweetest' sentiment out with a Scalloped Sentiment Label die and popped it up on top of the card.
Wish she was bringing me that cupcake!
