I started by making the card base from a fun piece of Pear Pizzazz card stock that matched the patterned paper and their little outfits perfectly. The card base is 8 1/2 x 4 1/4, scored at 4 1/2 on the long side. Just a helpful tip - Make sure you used your bone folder to crease the score line well so the gold paper doesn't tear.

I cut a beautiful piece of patterned paper from the Sweet Celebrations paper pad at 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" and glued it with wet glue to the card base.

Here is the link to the patterned paper:

I cut a piece of Basic White card stock with the A7 cloud die. Of course it ended up as a shaker card filled with beautiful round balls that matched the background paper perfectly. How fun. The cloud shape has a clear window sheet glued to the back to keep any of those little sequins stinkers from escaping because you know they love to do that. Tip - If you get any glue on the acetate you can wipe it off with a baby wipe, being careful not to get the card stock too wet.

Once the clear window sheet was glued to the cloud shape I ran pieces of Foam Adhesive Strips around the outside edges of the cloud on the back side. Filled the center with the little round balls and stuck the cloud shape to the card.

The two little fabulous bears are glued with wet glue to the front of the cloud. I tucked them under the edges just a little bit for some dimension. Cut the 'Party Time' sentiment out with a Stitched So Sweetly die and popped it up on top of the acetate.

Don't you just love popsicles & milkshakes?
