Otterly Missing You

Hi Crafty Friends,
My favorite stamp set from Ink N' Splatter is the Otterly Love because the otters are just so stinkin' cute. I also love the pun sentiments. I used a stencil and foiled the background and added little glass gems to create the underwater look.
