Just Love You
Hey Y'all!!! Teresa here showcasing one of the newest stamp & die sets from Ink N' Splatter. These monkeys are so cute! Just hanging around giving each other the biggest love hugs. I began by coloring these sweet little monkeys on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White paper using Copic markers.

I started by making the card base from a beautiful merry merlot card stock that matched the patterned paper and their little outfits perfectly. The card base is 8 1/2 x 4 1/4, scored at 4 1/2 on the long side. Make sure you use your bone folder and burnish the fold well so it doesn't tear the fold.
I cut a piece of apple card stock with the largest zig zag die. It has a beautiful edge that I really like. It's glued to the card base with wet glue right in the center. I cut a beautiful piece of patterned paper from Ink N' Splatter's Sweetheart Paper Pack with the next size zig zag die. This paper pack has so many beautiful Valentine colors and designs. Make sure you get one for yourself. I glued it with wet glue at an angle to give the card a little more dimension.

I cut two hearts using the hearts die from Merry Merlot card stock. The largest is popped up with foam tape on top of the patterned paper. I slid the smaller heart underneath the top of the larger one and glued it on with wet glue.
Those cute little monkeys are wet glued on top of the largest heart. They are so much in love, don't you think?
The sentiment is from the same stamp set. I cut it out with an oval die and popped it up with foam tape.
Of course I added some shiny dots as always.
