Hoppy Easter!

I began by coloring these cute little chicks on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White paper using Copic markers.
I started by making the card base from a piece of Daffodil Delight card stock. The card base is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/2 on the long side. Just a helpful tip - Make sure you used your bone folder to crease the score line well so the card stock doesn't tear.
I cut a piece of Polished Pink card stock to 5 3/8" x 4 1/8". I cut a piece of the Easter Egg-Plosion patterned paper with the little chicks on it to 5 1/4" x 4". The pink is wet glued to the card base and the patterned paper is wet glued to the pink. Makes such a cute background.
I cut two more fun sections using card stock and patterned paper. Here are the colors and dimensions:
Daffodil Delight - 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" / Easter Egg-Plosion 2 3/8" x 2 3/8" - Wet glued together
Pear Pizzazz - 3 1/2" x 3" / Easter Egg-Plosion 3 3/8" x 2 7/8" - Wet glued together
The Pear Pizzazz combo is wet glued flat to the background paper in the lower left hand corner. The Daffodil Delight is foam taped to the upper right corner to give the card a little more dimension. On top of both pieces I cut a piece of Pear Pizzazz using a grass die and popped it up with foam adhesive strips. I glued several of the cutest flower buttons in three matching colors to the grass. So cute and shiny.
The little chicks are grouped in pairs and wet glued flat, 2 to each little section. Obviously you can glue them wherever you'd like. The look like they are getting ready for their Easter kiss.
